Hi, I'm Sirina — welcome to Sirina's Traditional Thai Massage, my home-based studio in Hamilton. I grew up in Thailand, where massage was simply part of everyday life — something I learned at home, from my own family, years before any formal training. With over 15 years of experience, that same authentic, hands-on tradition goes into every session I give.
For me, Thai massage is more than technique — it's a way of caring for people. Each treatment is performed with genuine attention in a calm, private setting, never rushed, never routine. By booking, you agree to our studio policies below — including our on-time arrival policy and our professional-service-only policy.
Sirina's provides therapeutic, non-sexual massage exclusively. Requests for sexual services are not tolerated under any circumstance and will result in the session ending immediately, with no refund. This policy protects both our clients and our therapist, and keeps this a safe, professional space for everyone.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed time will be deducted from your treatment. This is simply out of respect for the clients booked in after you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another client. A fee applies for changes made inside that window, or if an appointment is missed without letting us know — and after a missed session, Sirina may ask for payment in advance before booking you in again. It isn't about being strict; it's what lets every booked session get the full time, care and preparation it deserves.
Please tell Sirina during your treatment rather than afterwards — pressure, focus and technique can all be adjusted there and then, and she would much rather you left happy. Once a full treatment has been given, refunds, credits or compensation aren't offered, except where required by law.
